Americas Best Value Inn-Greeley/Evans

I will highly recommend that no one stay there. Half of our party was sick and required medical care while we were staying there and I believe this was due to the lack of cleanliness.

The hotel is old and has a musty smell. The beds were nice as well as the staff. I wouldn't reccomend this to friends or family. Its not worth $66. I would have been satisfied if I would have paid $30. ...read more

It was a place to sleep, but the pet situation was terrible. I did not feel safe at night to take my dog out.

Would not stay here again.

Older hotel in need of some moderation.

I was surprised for a 1-star. I typically try to get 2-star or better, and when this was the only hotel I could get, I was a little anxious upon check-in. We are concerned of cleanliness because of our baby girl. But believe it or not, this was better than some of the low-level 2-stars. Room was clean, and the hotel room was spacious. The breakfast was weak, and location was a little leery if you'd never been to this area before, but I've stayed at other hotels in the area, and just know it's a safe area. I was a little leary when we drove up because of the outside apperance. Also when they gave us a key to the room instead of a card that you slide.

The pool looked nice but we did not use it. The hotel staff met our needs very nicely. One of our rooms smelled so we changed rooms, the other room's air conditioner did not work well. This is an inexpensive place to crash. The bathroom ,sink, and bathtub were very clean, but someone had obviously smoked there. Sound carries between rooms, but there was good cable TV with remote.
